Makeup Revolution Conceal Hydrate Concealer is a welcome addition to my concealer collection as it is a hydrating formula that worked beautifully well under my drier eyes. Honestly, I never had an issue with the Conceal Define Full Coverage Concealer but I can easily see Conceal Hydrate Concealer replacing it for me. I love a bargain and thats exactly what the Makeup Revolution Eye Bright Illuminating Under Eye Concealer is! Its a fantabulous concealer for an affordable price. I also love the packaging- even if its a carbon copy of Charlotte Tilburys concealer!
