SkyLight for iPhone is a really promising new planning app for landscape photographers.
SkyLight will take its place on my iPhone for planning great sunset photo opportunities.
@desparoz Glad you found it accurate. I gave it a try while in beta, and found it very unreliable here. The photography I make isn't even tied to sunsets, but like the look of the app, and wish them all the best. I might even try it again 😃
@maique I think it is exciting as a starting point, and only had a couple of limited tries so far. Will know after some more testing, but I suspect the makers will continue to tweak their algorithm to get it right.
My actual process involves looking at TPE's SkyFire and cloud forecasts ahead of time, and Skylight on the day, especially for last minute opportunities.
