So… Got on a moped, rode all the way to the paper (it’s far), and got a call, just as I was arriving, letting me know the assignment had been postponed. Not cool.

Motorcycle yesterday, early rise today, missing the girls,… All for nothing.

@maique Killing a job in less than 24 hours should come with a cancellation fee. Especially if you could have walked right in and asked them for it.

@gregmoore @maique Ugh, that really sucks Maique! Hopefully they can make it or your lost time up to you somehow. I agree with Greg’s point about lack of notice; they should be responsible for reimbursement.

@gregmoore @pimoore Yeah, not perfect. But not the kind of job that comes with a cancelation fee. Others might, but not the paper 😊 In the end it's not their fault, anyway. A visit to a certain place had been arranged, and the people responsible for that venue were the ones cancelling. Anyway, all is good.
