@maique How does Go Gentler fit alongside the Apple Fitness app? I feel as though there is something in there that I might benefit from, but can't quite get what it offers?
@crossingthethreshold I like the way it nudges me to move a little, not pushing me to get the circles closed. I’m not exercising as much as I should, and don’t feel bad about it 😅 And nice graphics 🤣
