@jeannie I’m a user, and always make sure to leave them somewhere where they won’t bother anyone. Can’t understand those who don’t. I find it annoying, and disrespectful, now that I have to push a stroller around, but keep going to the thought I had before being a parent: what about blind people? How hard must it be for them to have these scattered around? How hard can it be to consider other people when the time comes to park these? It’s baffling.
