I was very thankful to be able to go into my local office today for the first time in 2 years. Worries about catching COVID aside, I’m struggling on some level to understand people not being happy about going into the office again
@decarbonization Different people, different ways to look at it, I guess. I wouldn't mind never setting foot on an office again. My wife is also working from home for a while now, and I love being at home with her, for one. I can see some pros and cons on both sides of the equation but, for me, the pros clearly outnumber the cons.
@maique I reckon what pushes me the other way is that I had already worked from home for 2 years before the pandemic hit, so my husband and I could start a family. We’ve done that now, and our son is older, so it feels like a good time to change it up
@decarbonization Oh, that’s a good point 😃 We also took advantage of the pandemic, although not planned, to have a baby and start a family. It was great spending all this time at home with both of them 🥰 Wishing you and your husband all the best in this new phase.
