@canion For me, it's the endless customization, the inline translation, the bookmarks... You can really make it your own app, with everything you can set (font, swipes, tabs) as you wish. I was also (am actually) subscribed to Tweetbot, and decided to give it a try. It's also not a subscription app, so you'd only pay once. If you're happy with Tweebot, maybe you're not missing.
@maique I have not heard of Spring, but I will look into it. I’ve been a loyal Tweetbot user since the app launched and gladly pay the subscription fee.
@josephaleo I get it, I did the same. I bought this one day, to see what it was about, and loved it. Tweetbot still on the iPhone, but never went back. As with a lot of apps I believe it's a personal choice, and I really like this one, even though I have no complaints about Tweetbot. I do like having my favorite font and colors available, though... 🤣
@maique if I buy Spring (full version) on my phone, does it auto-magically know that the full version has been bought on my Mac? It says that that version is iPhone, iPad & Mac.
@crossingthethreshold If you’re logged in with the same Apple ID, I believe it should. Mine did, but I’m not a fan of the app on the Air. I’m not sure why (Catalyst?) but it looks really odd, and “out of focus”.
