@ablerism It was good (maybe even very good) but not great.
Much of it I already knew, figured out on my own, or had great mentors who taught me. For an early academic I could it see it being extremely helpful in developing a pedagogy. (And I had a few points of disagreement but even that was helpful because it pushed me to think more clearly why I disagreed.)
It’s a rent, don’t buy, kind of book. Established educators may want to hopscotch around and not read the whole thing.
