His career began in Lagos, Nigeria, where he transitioned from Customer Support into the IT Department as an Application Analyst—an early step that set the foundation for a distinguished path in enterprise technology. Over the next 13 years, he advanced into senior leadership roles including Senior Billing Engineer and Lead, Enterprise Applications, where he managed complex, large-scale projects with impressive throughput and measurable business impact. His portfolio includes successful implementations across enterprise applications, CRM systems, network-based platforms, marketing technologies, and online advertising systems. He has led modernization initiatives, enterprise application re-engineering, systems upgrades, automation rollouts, and major migration efforts—consistently delivering solutions that enhance efficiency, stability, and long-term value. After relocating to Alberta, Canada, he embraced the challenge of rebuilding his career in a new environment with humility and determination. Though he took on a Technical Support Engineer role to get his foot in the door, he quickly recognized how deeply he missed the creative and proactive aspects of engineering—designing systems, streamlining processes, fixing issues before they surfaced, and driving innovation. This realization reignited his commitment to hands-on technology work and inspired him to pursue advanced DevOps training, leading him to the KubeCraft community.
