@lmika Yeah, I agree with your observations here. All I can think is that a lot of people are unaware of just how stretched our health system already was, pre-Covid, and how bad it'll be if Covid really spreads widely. The shift to a focus on "individual choices" worries me too, because these "individual choices" affect everyone else eventually. My own family has been eager to get vaccinated, but a few people in Viv's are a lot less sure (he told me about a convo he had with his mum where she went, "Oh I was thinking about getting vaccinated, but then I got this text message from a really smart guy called Craig Kelly…" 🤦🏻♀️) – it really concerns me.
