@hawaiiboy There was a massive influx of Texans and Okies when the Alaska Pipeline was being built, and I’m guessing that’s how it started.
yep, @larand is right, but I suspect there's a contingent of Mariners fans repping the fishing industry that steams up from Seattle as well.
