Tried Spotify again after a few years and it still is terrible for managing and listening to actual music libraries. Apple Music (my profile) is a revelation after using the Spotify app for ½ hour. Weird cuz Music app needs more work (and why Albums app is amazing).

@kurite btw, been using Albums (and Music Harbor) to find new albums to get (bandcamp or apple). Really appreciate the recommendation.

@kurite the “random albums” Albums Home Screen widget is very cool, too. There are always four sitting at the top of my screen, as options.

@kurite I had no end of problems with Apple Music, it routinely wrecked playlists I’d made.

@MindfulGrump Spotify is hands-down better for playlists. I’m too indecisive to create playlists and into full albums so I rarely use playlists.
