I realize I am being a bit cranky this morning but I was listening to a podcast this morning and the podcaster spent the first two minutes telling me what the episode was going to be about. @klandwehr Two minutes is probably a bit much for an intro. But I do think it is useful to introduce the person, if there is a guest, and at least give a hint of what you will be talking about. At least, that's what I do.
