Ok, there are still a LOT of places that need my attention with my new theme. I’m really looking at them as chances to improve it.

@leonp nope. I was kind of putting off how I was going to handle some of the larger code blocks.
@leonp turns out that there was a tab in the footnote that was making it into pre formatted text.
