I wonder if Micro.blog supports animated gifs.
@ben I've used it only once (last night), but I like it so far. It's easy to get a fire going, and it puts out more heat than I expected. And true to Solo Stove's claim, there is almost no smoke. My only complaint is that you cannot see the small flames when you let the fire die down at the end of the night, but that is to be expected. Also, Solo Stove recommends not putting out the fire with water, and there is no lid to snuff out the fire. It felt odd to me to let the fire burn itself out unattended at the end of the evening. Though I did wait until there were no flames before I went inside.
@ben re: Solo Stove size. Are you worried that it is too small to stand around or too small for logs? I think it's a good size. It's big enough for six or seven people to sit around, and I haven't had any problems using the fire wood we have. Standard size logs for an indoor fireplace (14 to 16 inches I think).
