I really hope they’re going to remaster and release Deep Space Nine in HD. It’s jarring to go from TNG to DS9 and watch it in SD. Especially because it’s the best series of them all.
@mangochutney I totally agree! DS9 is the best! I found an article/interview that describes in incredible detail why this will probably, sadly never happen 😔
@mangochutney as a life long Star Trek fan (47+ years) I have to disagres. DS9 is not the best of the shows. If I had to choose, I think it’s a three-way tie between between Star Trek, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Discovery.
@khurtwilliams hehe, noted. Sorry for not being clearer. I think DS9 is the best series with the best overarching story. My favourite series is and will probably always be TNG. VOY and DISCO are a tie for me and then there’s TOS and ENT. If I only count the latter seasons, ENT ranks even higher.
@mangochutney I love all of them but Enterprise was my least favourite. I love the "complexity of human relations" and "diversity beyond just race" that Discovery brings to the series. Also loving Picard.
