Moving my blog from Ghost to Hugo. I'll write a post on why, but I thought I'd toot it out.
It was quite easy to do so. I wrote a little python to parse the json export of ghost into markdown files. Even got it so that it looks for links and makes sure the new slug is going to work.
@tootbrute I like Ghost, it was easy. I just want to control my site a bit more and run it without a VPS.
@thelinuxcast what's the TLDR;
i use hugo for myself, but looking for an easy website thing to make something for my spouse. i was thinking of giving ghost a try.
