iOS and iPadOS kept pestering me to turn on Personal focus no matter how many times I said “Not now”. I finally caved and just turned it on, which resulted in my notifications being disabled all weekend. You can imagine my surprise when I turned it on and had 20 unread emails.
@keegsands It takes some consideration and work to set focus modes up, but once you’ve done that I still find them to be quite useful.
@pimoore I think focus modes are great, I am just more annoyed that Apple kept bugging me about it. It also didn’t help that by default it seems to have turned off a bunch of stuff 🤷
@keegsands Agreed, its defaults need a bit of work to fix. I had the same issue when I first enabled the feature and wondered where my notifications went.
