@help the macOS micro.blog client is excellent, but is still lacking behind the web version with previews and extracting HTML from images with the alt description in one click. Is this a technical limitation?

@jtr If you missed it, the latest Mac version has a nice improvement for automatic alt text. When you attach a photo to a new post, click the thumbnail and it’ll pull in the auto-generated text for you. Let me know if you have any other feedback!

@help I tested the automatic alt text on the macOS client and it works nicely. Would love to have the ability to bath upload (hold down shift, selecta few, then upload). Thanks for the update!
