@jtr I really appreciate you going back to some scary memories to write this. We need more people to share their personal experiences like this.

@jtr this took great courage to write. I’m always impressed by your self evaluations. Your patience and perseverance to get this out is so vital to let those who need it know they’re not alone, to and level with those who are blinded by emotion in the moment.

I agree, we need more doing this. But I recognize that can be almost just as scary in many ways.

@empathyaccessed thank you. This is not easy to do, and not just because it’s emotionally hard. It takes practice to learn what’s going on inside you. Yesterday on the walk back home I realized that it’s a never-ending quest. You never fully understand, you just understand better.
