👩💻 I have been working inside this cafe for 8+ hours since the Internet is down at my house. I have been in meetings for 6 hours of those 8. I’m not sure when the Internet will be back up (it’s been out since 8pm last night) but I do not want a repeat of this tomorrow. I just want to go home.
26+ hours later and my Internet is finally back up. Thankful I don't have to go to another cafe tomorrow to try to make my 7am stand up 💀
@jedda oooof this sucks. I'm sorry to hear about it. Is there any chance to get reimbursed for a hotspot, for events such as this?
@jtr nah, although I do have hotspot available as part of my mobile plan. The unfortunate part is that I have very bad signal where I live so I can't even hotspot... I'd still have to leave my area to get a decent signal. Thankfully, internet is back up and I can work at home in peace again 😅
