@jtr This is a tough one because it depends from person to person. As well it may change as we age with life experiences. Being vulnerable allows us to have humility and growth that one has to find balace each of us are okay with.
@adamsdesk well said. I think allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, which is not easy, is important for self growth. We automatically filter unpleasant experiences, but I think we tend to "overcorrect" at times and miss important lessons.
@jtr Yes I entirely agree. I think it goes further as well. Socially we are taught to fit in line and not be vulnerable. I struggle with this myself, hence why I've not release any videos to date. Though some how I will push through it!
