It turns out micro.blog is a pretty excellent live blogging solution. If you use the website you can append repeatedly to a post and just hit publish whenever you want to update. Open another tab for uploading photos and you can do that as well. The post is updated within a few seconds ... www.thingelstad.com

@jthingelstad Can you link to an example? Sounds like it might be worth exploring.

@Ron This is the post I'm appending to. I'm not time stamping in the post though, so just adding on as the event goes.

@jthingelstad I see, that's pretty nice. I'll have to give this a try at some point. Thanks for the new idea. It seems easy enough that I could even do it.

@jthingelstad If you’re using Marsedit, you can also do this pretty rapidly. I’m loving the idea you just gave me. 😀

@Ron it is definitely a new old idea. Live blogs used to be great for event coverage, before Twitter scrambled it all.

@jthingelstad That's interesting! I missed the beginning of twitter and rarely attend events, especially these days. I've been thinking about using the approach for evolving thoughts on a particular topic. But maybe that's what a microblog Page already does.
