@jsonbecker running this — rss-bridge.github.io/rss-bridg — in parallel might help get that site into shape for feedbin.

@jsonbecker Yikes! RSS is supposed to make it so you don’t need to check up on sites. That’s not a good problem to have. (Also I hope it’s not my site. 😅)

So have I.

I have to admit I was sucked into the Facebook vortex back when it was actually useful, but RSS has been the backbone of my sane view of the world right through all of that. Facebook is, of course, a distant shitshow in the rear-view mirror now.

I started back then with Google Reader. When that went away (because… Google) I migrated (wonderful, huh?) to Feedly in an instant.

I recently discovered I had accidentally forked my OPML export from Reader by using different apps on different platforms. Feedly was approaching the limit on feeds and I’m sure enshittification was already happening, so I set up a local FressRSS instance, reconciled the feeds, installed NetNewsWire for my bedtime iPad reading and… sigh…

Recommended.

@jsonbecker yikes that is not good at all for sure! I have never used Feedbin and for newsletters I do have a couple going to my FreshRSS instance that I use with Reeder Classic (love it as well) using Kill the Newsletter which isn't perfect but works. Good luck with Feedbin and I hope the fix this glitch.
