Doing some research for my app development and need some opinions on haptic feedback. I know from experience it can drastically improve the feel of using it, but it can be over done.

So my question is, when you would expect / want the app to give you feedback. Swiping screens? Dragging an object?

@gregmorris pickup and drop more than drag, IMO. Swiping no, because I'm probably trying to go "fast" and the "bump" will make it feel like a speed bump. But drag and drop is a little "precious" on touch interfaces, so I think feedback is helpful.

@jsonbecker I know exactly what you mean. Thats great feedback, thank you. My overall aim is to try and make things tactile but it can get tiring fast.
