@jeremycherfas That looks amazing! I have never seen bread being baked in a cast iron pan, that's certainly very interesting.

@jsanchez Baking in a cast iron casserole is a good way to get a steamy atmosphere that helps the dough rise and develop a good crust. I take the lid off about halfway through.
