@heyloura I’m so sorry to hear your family is going through all of this. I wish there were ways to help other than offering up hope that the therapy really does help. Sharing your daughter’s story will hopefully help people looking for explanations find more than scary stories.

@heyloura Sorry that this is happening to you and your child. I can't even imagine the pain she must be experiencing. I hope things get better, even if it takes a while. Thanks for sharing otherwise, I wouldn't have known about this condition.

@pratik Thank you. I have hope that it will get better and be manageable for her. The diagnosis threw me for such a loop since I didn't realize such a thing was possible. I'm really glad we ended up a Boston Children's where they were able to diagnose it pretty quickly.

@heyloura So sorry, and I’m sure no words will help. I can’t imagine what that feels like, for your daughter and yourself. Minor pain in a daughter is enough to get my anxiety levels going, my heart was racing reading this. Hoping things will improve soon.
