@joshuapsteele That is not without precedent — even within my own siblings (one sister in law would not consider it). My wife did not come with me and still hasn’t. That would have tough if our son had been young.

@joshuapsteele Find a congregation with convictions close enough not to constantly rub you raw intellectually, where the people love God and love each other, and hold fast and look to the eschaton. (This is what we are trying to do. I feel your question quite forcefully.)
