@cleverdevil I suggested Micro Monday, where we share microblogs. I think it would work best if we shared just one at a time, and included at least a short note of why it's share-worthy. I hated those undifferentiated #FF lists of handles on Twitter. Start on Monday, shall we?

@macgenie make @manton create a pin for Micro Mondays, and you're on! But, I also like the idea of "taking back" Follow Friday for full websites, too.

@cleverdevil I love this idea too. Anyone have suggestions for what would be on the "Micro Monday" pin?

@cleverdevil I like Micro Monday too, but agree we should also have a “Blog Friday” — it’s not only useful, it’s a good reminder that Micro.blog is a part of the open web, and not a separate thing.

@brentsimmons @cleverdevil If we want to keep the alliteration, there's also "Weblog Wednesday".

@manton @cleverdevil But I do like the idea of hijacking Follow Friday. :)

@manton I'd go with a calendar with a "Monday" box overlaid with a Micro.blog icon.

@brentsimmons yes! Its important that people recognize that the open web is more than just microblogs.

@brentsimmons @manton honestly, I think hijacking Follow Friday is the best bet. People already know what it is, and will instantly "get" it.

@cleverdevil @brentsimmons @manton I like the idea of doing both. Micro Monday is for building up the community here. I'd personally like to break with Follow Friday. So we are going to give it a try. I'll post the details of the suggested format and how you get the Micro Monday pin.
