Although I’ve mostly managed to keep noting things, I’d stopped microcasting them. Though I might start again, just to please myself.
@rscottjones thanks for asking. I just started year 4 so I must be enjoying it. Makes me review my day. I hope recording it make me think a bit about the words and review a month at a time. Also gets me outside. Today I went for a wee rainy walk in the afternoon. I reminded myself I’d no note for today.
