@johnjohnston discovered to my shame that I had bought the wrong Pi and hoping I can fix that on Monday. Thanks for the tip about reveil. I wasn’t aware, and I fear much of the birdsong will be over here by then, but I will check it out.
@jeremycherfas I think any birds are fine. My contribution last time I took part was the sound of a helicopter over the park at 5:30am 😀 they cut my stream pretty quick!
Not sure what you need for your pi, but I had a wee one with no WiFi but got a dongle.
