@johnjohnston Delightful :-) Just about all the blossoms are gone on ours now, and the tree is engulfed in green.
@smokey we seem to be around peak Magnolia. We have a beauty across the bin lane at the back of our tenement under a street light. Not good for photos but shines at night.
