In response to yesterday's post John linked to a piece on "what boredom does to you" saying that maybe it's good for me. A line in the piece says imagine if we didn't get bored: "We’d be perpetually excited by everything—raindrops falling, the cornflakes at breakfast time."... colinwalker.blog

@colinwalker I like the idea that a lack of stimulus, turning off the constant barrage of notifications and handy distraction, can lead to boredom. This boredom can allow the quiet where you notice in a creative way.
