I’ve decided that I have to read Brothers Karamazov. I have started it a couple of times and never pressed on, but it keeps coming up over and over in my reading. I feel compelled to read it. 📚
@drose yeah. it’s good but kind of tough too. read it several years ago during a Sabbatical. I don’t know if I would have had the focus for it during a normal season of life.
@johnchandler this is my concern. Yet, people like Eugene Peterson read it annually. Wittgenstein apparently had passages of it memorized.
It almost feels like a compulsion at this point. Hopefully, that will help me press through it.
