Finished reading: Stolen Focus by Johann Hari 📚

I’ve read a lot of books around this theme, dating back to The Shallows. Out of all of them, this is the one that I’ll be recommending when others are struggling with their own attention and focus.

@johnchandler I love this book. It didn't strike me as containing anything that I hadn't read somehow, somewhere, before—but the way he strung it all together, and his analogy of attention as a plant (it can be cultivated and it can wither/die) just hit me hard in a way that other books hadn't.
