@maique hopefully, the 'trendy' part doesn't mean that it will become abandoned like so many American shopping centers at some point.

@joelhamill I don’t think this one will go away. This part of town has been trending for years 🤣🤣 if people had a place to open more shops, they would. Rents are crazy high, both for commercial and residential properties.
