Making curry roasted vegetables tonight and I think I made it too spicy because my eyes are watering while they’re roasting.

@joelhamill Heh. How'd it turn out? I was making a spicy thai basil thing a few days ago and each person in the family started coughing in turn. Some of the people were 20-30 feet away and we were all coughing for the last 5 minutes. It was pretty spicy, but not unbearable like I thought it was going to be. We still gobbled it up.

@bjhess It turned out okay. The spice mix I used wasn't the right spice mix - I just kind of made it up as I was going - but the veggies were roasted through and I enjoyed it.

@SamHawken Normally, I would agree with you - never too spicy. However, I just threw a bunch of spices together with no coherent ratio or measurement and they didn't really blend other than 'spicy'. So, I need to play around with my mix for the next time.
