Took my iPad Pro in with a screen issue where there was a bright spot of pixels that showed extra bright white on light backgrounds. Replaced without question. 2nd time in a year I’ve had an issue with this model of iPad Pro. Bad luck. Apple support continues to be excellent.

@joec though iPhone X is more premium feeling and heavily used by me, I think my iPad Pro is my favorite computer these days. Always a delight to use and so versatile. Glad they replaced yours with no hassle.

@apulianas Since the original iPad, my favorite computer has been whatever iPad I currently own.

@joec Love my iPad Pro, and almost equally love the Smart Keyboard, but I’ve had bad luck and on my third keyboard. But Apple has made good on it each time, as this is a known issue.

@joec the only thing that draws me to my laptop is the 34” ultra wide monitor. I almost always use my iPad Pro and keyboard instead.

@joec Apple’s retail locations and excellent return/repair/replace policies really are the best parts of the Apple ecosystem.

@joec I agree, my iPad has been my favorite computer for awhile with one issue: programming. As a programmer I just can’t find a programming workflow that is enjoyable on the iPad, it always feels like a hassle. Everything else, I love!!

@EddieHinkle Yeah. I don’t know if it will ever be ideal for programming. Unless we change some of the fundamental ways we approach programming. I still think it would be awesome to have something like Interface Builder on iOS, though. I’d love to drag around components with my fingers to create my views.
