@jmuscara Just to be helpful. Using this case as an example, when you post from your own self hosted blog, you need to link @jacob to jacob's profile, ie, micro.blog/jacob, for it to appear (and function) as a mention.here on micro.blog. Sorry for butting in if it doesn't apply in this case.
