I got a new toy this week, Blackstone flattop griddle with 2 side burners. Grilled some chicken breast and drumsticks last night and made hibachi chicken and fried rice tonight.

@rexbarrett It was pricey at $450 but is really well designed and built. They have models without the side burners but I wanted the side burners. I got this accessory kit as well
@rexbarrett If you get one, be sure to season the cooktop. The cooktop is cold rolled steel but you basically treat it as cast iron
