@jlelse You raise a good point. Perhaps it’s my own Americentrism, but I think of the USA as America and other countries on the two continents as part of “the Americas”.

@jlelse i have always “dislike” when people say America , the think the US, I always make a point to explicitly say (or write) United States of America.
