A quick round-up of #podcasting news, initially gathered for our MA Podcasting students, but now shared to everyone.
@adders Do you think that the automated transcripts remove the need for “proper” edited transcripts that are more grammatical, readable etc?
@jeremycherfas They’re pretty damn good, but I’d still want transcripts on the podcast website, for example.
@adders Yeah, that’s my feeling too, for anyone who wants a more permanent record. I’m not sure how you can access the transcript outside of the podcast listening app.
