I believe this lovely 😊 flower is called Policeman’s Helmet in English. I saw it today on my run and stopped to make a (live) photo. 🏃🌸 🌱

@renevanbelzen Especially along waterways it can completely block a path. Absolutely fascinating seed pods that can fling the seeds metres through the air.
