@jeremycherfas 👍🏽 they all look identical - I’m not that carefully and just plonk them on the tray!

@RossA They rise in identical forms, which helps. One is sliced the “wrong” way which is a bit odd, but I think I know why. Normally I bake pairs. This was the last one, solo, so it went in crosswise and got sliced that way.
