Okay, Internet. What’s the best way to D&D remotely?

@KimberlyHirsh I’m not sure if it’s the best, but we did Discord for voice/video/chat and Google Drive for maps/images.

@KimberlyHirsh Foundry + Discord. Foundry does require some work, but it’s a much better experience than Roll20 was.

We use forge-vtt.com for hosting Foundry.

@KimberlyHirsh I use a combination of Zoom, Roll20 or Owlbear.rodeo, and D&D Beyond. its worked well through the pandemic.

@KimberlyHirsh I have been playing D&D remote with the same group for over 3 years (we have only missed two Mondays). We use Discord for audio and video and Roll20.net for maps and dice rolls. Works like a charm! 🎲
