Worked up the nerve to post the prologue of my novel to Scribophile for critiques 😅 I can’t lie – it’s daunting! – but I also know something like this is THE next step that I need to take. Really, what it needs is a full beta read, but one step at a time!

@devilgate Oh, that would definitely be daunting! I guess it depends how well you vibe with the group, but still daunting. I hope it goes well, and that the feedback you get is useful!
@jayeless I've been to a couple of sessions as a critiquer, and so far everyone has been very positive, with constructive suggestions for the writer being critiqued. So here's hoping!
