Since Melbourne’s first lockdown I’ve been growing out my hair (not just because hairdressers were closed, I’d also been feeling like a change from the short hair I’d had for six years). Today after I brushed it, I found it just naturally curling at the end like this! Very cool 😲
@Portufraise @ohBananaJoe Thank you guys! It does take a loooong time to grow back again. I'm not even sure I'd have persisted if hairdressers had been reliably open this year. But it's starting to pay dividends now, and I've proved to myself that it is possible 😄
@ohBananaJoe Oh, I'm with you! For the six years I had short hair, my partner was pleading with me to grow it out again… like, constantly. I always blew him off. Now that I am growing it out, it's only happening because I felt like it, which is how it should be.
