Going to be moving my main blog here to micro.blog very soon. Really want to love Ghost but it’s just not clicking for me. The Mythos theme allowing posts over 300 characters to not have a title is what finally did it for me.
@canneddragons yeah obviously we’ve discussed the issues here but every platform has something goofy. Like the people here and its hard to beat the feature set at the price.
@jasonekratz Nice! It’ll be nice to have just the one place to post. (P.S. Titles are optional for posts over 300 characters in Micro.blog, so it should be possible with any theme. But Mythos does do a nice job displaying them.)
@jarrod well color me surprised. Have been on and off of m.b for years at this point and always thought after 300 forced a title 😆 learn something every day!
@jasonekratz 🙌 They get truncated on the timeline after 300 (or 600 for posts with blockquotes), but most themes still display them in full on your site, I think.
