@jarrod I have not listened to the episode but if my memory serves correctly from about 30+ years ago he has a degenerative wrist condition that makes typing very hard for him and has used assistive software to help him write for decades. I remember when I was doing QA at Now Software working with him briefly to get now up-to-date and contact and Dragon NaturallySpeaking working together correctly.
