@jimmitchell Let me know how the Apple Reminders change goes. I always stay away from task managers but perhaps I want to have something to dump some stuff across different projects.
@jimmitchell I’m going to have to call this experiment. Things has always been, and will continue to be, where I’m most productive for task management.
@jimmitchell I haven’t tried it so I don’t know, but I’ve heard good things about Remind Me Faster for quick entry into Reminders.
@jarrod @jimmitchell Remind Me Faster used to be on my homescreen. That was the app I found myself recalling when using Drafts and then the date creation in Fantastical. Haven't used it for years, though.
@SimonWoods @jarrod Remind Me Fast looks like an interesting, but I do most of my task quick entry on macOS. Things and Todoist have this feature nailed. I did find a Shortcuts option that might do the trick, so maybe not a total bust...
@jimmitchell Oh! @ismh86 just mentioned a few macOS utilities for Reminders that’s he’s been using since switching to it on the latest episode of @mpu. These might help:
@jarrod Thanks! I'm already using Reminder MenuBar. InstaRemind scratches the quick-entry itch about 90% of the way. If it supported tagging I'd be in heaven. Absolutely worth $2.99, and will probably use it even though it's not been updated in four years.
@jimmitchell Nice. Best of luck.
